Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TrueForm Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality services and treatments with care and professionalism. As we do not sell physical products, this Refund Policy applies only to services and bookings.

1. Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services or if you simply change your mind.
  • Once a treatment has been carried out, the service is considered delivered.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee may apply, or your deposit may be forfeited.
  • If you do not attend your appointment (“no-show”), your deposit or prepaid session will be forfeited.

3. Deposits & Prepaid Packages

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling is made with sufficient notice.
  • Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Prepaid sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Concerns

  • If you are unhappy with the outcome of a service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up consultation or corrective service at our discretion.
  • Refunds will only be issued where required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in the case of a major fault with the service provided).

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers must be used within the expiry period stated at the time of purchase.
